Shipping
Your order will be shipped in 1-3 working days after payment has been made. Depending on the holiday seasons, weather, or current events (such as COVID-19, postage strikes), delivery times may vary.
Cats and Crystals offers free standard UK shipping on all orders over £25.
For deliveries, we cannot give an exact date or time but approximately it will take :
- Standard Shipping (Evri 2-3 working days* ) – £3.29
*weekends and bank holidays are not calculated in the working days.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all of the order details are correct which includes the correct sizes, colours, and styles selected in the order. This information cannot be amended or changed once confirmed. It is also the customer responsibility to ensure that the complete shipping address is correct which include the complete door number, street name, and postcode. We do not hold liability for parcels delivered to addresses incorrectly stated on the order.
We will not be responsible for damage or lost packages caused by the couriers.
Returns
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
Returns, refunds and exchanges are not allowed. All sales are final. I also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is blatantly disrespectful, rude, and/or abusing the store policy.
